    • In your RWWS folder in Google Drive, create a new folder titled "To Kill a Mockingbird"
    • In Google Drive --> RWWS documents --> To Kill a Mockingbird--> locate the "Anticipation Guide"
  • Copy the anticipation guide, drag it to your TKAM folder, and complete the sheet.

    • Read the links below on creating effective conclusions and take notes on the two links. Think: What is the purpose of a conclusion to a paper? What is important to include in a conclusion? What are some good ways to transition to a conclusion without using phrases like "In conclusion..." etc?

    • Read silently until all are ready
  • Review Introductions activity
  • Theme For English B reflections and revisions
    • Make sure your Theme for English B Imitation is named correctly ([First name Last Initial] Theme for English B Imitation)
    • Get into groups of 3- people you feel comfortable sharing your poem with
    • Share your document with your two group members
    • Read poem SILENTLY and fill out the peer review form (RWWS documents --> Harlem Ren folder --> Theme for English B peer conference- make two copies of this document and put them n your Harlem Ren folder)
    • Read second person's poem SILENTLY and fill out the peer review form
    • Once all poems have read, you will discuss each poem in turn. Discuss the STRENGTHS of the poem as well as AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT (note: "no improvement needed" is NOT an acceptable response for this discussion)
